Our Team

jackieJackie Smith - Owner / Administrator
Jackie Smith graduated from Wilkes College with a minor in Business and a BA in Elementary Education.

Jackie and her husband Rick relocated to Boise, Idaho in 1982. They raised three boys and have 3 wonderful Daughter-In-Laws. They are proud Grandparents to their 4 Granddaughters and one Grandson.

After many years of volunteering in the school systems her children attended as well as organizing multiple sports programs in the community, Jackie re-entered the working world outside of the home. In staying with her business background, with strength in organization and administration, she worked for various companies until following her love of helping individuals in need. After caring for her own family and friends over the years and personally experiencing the need for personal assistance in their daily lives, she pursued her compassion for home care.

Realizing her own ideals in providing excellent care and resources for individuals in need as well as employing exceptional caregivers, she became an owner and partner in Trinity Home Care & Resource. Jackie presently works as the Administrator of Trinity.

kevinKevin Adams - General Manager
I have worked with Trinity since 2011. I love working in the home care field, it allows me to meet new people every day. There really is nothing more rewarding than at the end of the day knowing that you were able to help someone in need. To work in a family setting such as Trinity Home care is a wonderful feeling. I have been in this field for over 10 years and really do enjoy giving back to the community the knowledge they deserve.

carolCarol Bolt - Administrative Assistant
Carol joined the Trinity team in 2010 as a caregiver. As Trinity grew we asked her to join the office team.  Her knowledge of caregiving has been a huge asset for her office role!  Over the years Carol has worked in multiple settings that afforded her the opportunity to learn some invaluable skills. For 14 years Carol worked for a school district in California with children and in the school office. When Carol’s husband was diagnosed with Cancer, she left the school to care for him. While caring for her husband, she also ran a small house cleaning business. When her husband passed, Carol moved to Idaho and began putting her experiences and skills to use in the Home Care field. What Carol learned as a caregiver and spouse changed the way she viewed healthcare. It opened her eyes to suffering. To the reality that many live with, that it is a struggle for some to just get out of bed or even breathe. She wants to help her clients and their family because she knows how it feels to be in their place. Because of her experiences Carol has helped many families deal with illness and the dying process. She has taught classes to women on how to manage their lives after they lose their spouse.  Carol feels that to be a good caregiver you must be compassionate, caring, understanding, trusting, and loving.

“I love my job. I adore my clients, present and past. I want to make a difference in these peoples lives” – Carol Bolt

tamiSydney Ducker - Boise Client Care Coordinator
I first joined Trinity Home Care in November of 2017 as a CNA. For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to be in the health care setting, I got my CNA out of high school and got the opportunity to work with many clients through Trinity. I recently joined the Trinity Team as On Call Client Coordinator, I love seeing the other side of everything and being able to still help not only clients but also caregivers. This position fits well with my current lifestyle because I’m still able to help in the health care setting but I also get to spend more time with my daughter, Scarlett Rose and it gives me the opportunity to finish school to become a Registered Medical Assistant, as I graduate in February of 2020.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, doing outdoor activities and being able to start new family traditions as I’m a new mom.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends, reading, and playing volleyball. I have a cat named Wednesday who I adore! Family is very important to me and often travel to see them. My father passed away in 2015 from ALS, and witnessing the support from our family and community sparked my passion for home health. Home health care is such an important and vital need, and I am excited to continue to facilitate Trinity's vision of proving quality in-home care services with compassion and integrity to our clients.

DawnraeDawnrae Jackson - Nampa Client Care Coordinator
I am a native of the Treasure Valley, having been here in Idaho long before it was “cool”.

I have a great deal of experience in this field.

I started as a caregiver in 1992, in an eight bed group home for Developmentally Disabled. From there I acquired my CNA and a number or years later, my administrators license for RALF’s, (Residential Assisted Living Facilities). I worked for the State in a crisis facility for adults with dual diagnosis, mental health and intellectual disabilities. I have also cared for my parents, both of whom have passed on. “Gramma” had Dementia and eventually had to be place in a care facility, “Grampa” lived to be well into his 90’s and even with his advanced years, he remained active and cognitive.

I enjoy caregiving, I enjoy knowing that what I do matters, genuinely. That I can help to make someone’s day brighter or more comfortable, less alone. This brings me happiness.

I have five grown children, (3 are active duty military)2 fantastic daughters-in-law a beautiful grandbaby boy, Ivan and my four legged BFF Jack.

I am so excited to be joining the Trinity Team and working with all of you!
