jackieJackie Smith - Owner / Administrator
Jackie Smith graduated from Wilkes College with a minor in Business and a BA in Elementary Education.

Jackie and her husband Rick relocated to Boise, Idaho in 1982. They raised three boys and have 3 wonderful Daughter-In-Laws. They are proud Grandparents to their 3 Grand-Daughter’s and one Grandson.

After many years of volunteering in the school systems her children attended as well as organizing multiple sports programs in the community, Jackie re-entered the working world outside of the home. In staying with her business background, with strength in organization and administration, she worked for various companies until following her love of helping individuals in need. After caring for her own family and friends over the years and personally experiencing the need for personal assistance in their daily lives, she pursued her compassion for home care.

Realizing her own ideals in providing excellent care and resources for individuals in need as well as employing exceptional caregivers, she became an owner and partner in Trinity Home Care & Resource. Jackie presently works as the Administrator of Trinity.

I have worked for THCRI for 5 years. I love working in the home care field, it allows me to meet new people every day. There really is nothing more rewarding than at the end of the day knowing that you were able to help someone in need. To work in a family setting such as Trinity Home care is a wonderful feeling. I have been in this field for over 10 years and really do enjoy giving back to the community the knowledge they deserve.  




carolCarol Bolt - Administrative Assistant
Carol joined the Trinity team in 2010 as a caregiver. As Trinity grew we asked her to join the office team.  Her knowledge of caregiving has been a huge asset for her office role!  Over the years Carol has worked in multiple settings that afforded her the opportunity to learn some invaluable skills. For 14 years Carol worked for a school district in California with children and in the school office. When Carol’s husband was diagnosed with Cancer, she left the school to care for him. While caring for her husband, she also ran a small house cleaning business. When her husband passed, Carol moved to Idaho and began putting her experiences and skills to use in the Home Care field. What Carol learned as a caregiver and spouse changed the way she viewed healthcare. It opened her eyes to suffering. To the reality that many live with, that it is a struggle for some to just get out of bed or even breathe. She wants to help her clients and their family because she knows how it feels to be in their place. Because of her experiences Carol has helped many families deal with illness and the dying process. She has taught classes to women on how to manage their lives after they lose their spouse.  Carol feels that to be a good caregiver you must be compassionate, caring, understanding, trusting, and loving.

Tami Taylor – Nampa Administrator 
Tami Schuster became a member of the Trinity Home Care & Resource team in February 2016 opening the Canyon West location at 974 Corporate Lane, Suite #101B in Nampa, Idaho as the Administrator/ Marketer.  Her management background came from previous years as a District Director of Operations in Financial / Retail and Regional Property Management in multi-level housing units has ultimately led her to want to help people & make a difference in the lives of others.
Tami’s passion for Health Care comes from several years of experience in Home Health & Hospice as a Community Liaison, her mother who owned her own Hospice agency, and many other family members who also work in Healthcare.  
As a single parent she raised her two children Todd & Mataya Taylor who each blessed her with granddaughters in 2015. Her pride & joy! She recently married Forrest Schuster thus adding to the family dynamics by now having 7 adult children, 5 grandchildren, 3 dogs, and a horse!  


Bethanee LeMesurier – Bookkeeper
Bethanee LeMesurier joined the Trinity team in June of 2014 as Bookkeeping Manager.  Bethanee graduated from BSU in 2005 with a B.S. in Psychology.  She also brings 10 years of Home Health experience which include coding, billing, HR, and payroll.  When the opportunity to transfer to the home care field came along, Bethanee thought it seemed like a great fit.  She has always enjoyed assisting others in a direct and indirect manner in the healthcare field.  “It is a rewarding experience to assist others in an area of their lives that really matter.” 

Bethanee and her husband, Jeremiah have lived in the Treasure Valley since 2000 and are raising 2 wonderful boys.  They enjoy all the outdoor activities that the area has to offer and hanging out with family and friends.


Kim Jackson- McCall Administrator
Kim grew up in Central Oregon and relocated to Idaho in June 2014. She joined the Trinity Home Care & Resource team in January 2016 as a Caregiver and became the McCall Office Administrator in June 2016. Kim’s background includes 15 years of Administrative experience in the medical field as well as 3 years of Caregiver experience.

Kim feels it is a pleasure to utilize her transferable skills and experience with Trinity Home Care & Resource as this company provides the same quality care, compassion, professionalism, and integrity that she appreciates and adheres to in a company for a wonderful community.


Scott Bayless – Client Care Coordinator
Scott Bayless first joined Trinity as a caregiver, where he gained valuable experience and insight into the needs of Trinity clients. Scott has previous experience working in a group home setting and cooking in some local restaurants—a skill his clients appreciated! In March of 2015, Scott transitioned to the position of Client Care Coordinator at Trinity. He is by nature compassionate and empathetic, making his work in the home care industry a perfect fit.

Meagan Ericson – Client Care Coordinator
Meagan Ericson is a Client Care Coordinator at Trinity Home Care & Resource, where she serves as a liaison between care providers and patient families and coordinates new clients needs with caregivers and staff in order to provide the best care and support to our clients. She began her career in healthcare more than 10 years ago, working as a Medical Records Clerk for a pediatric clinic in Boise. During this time, she realized her desire to have a direct contact with patients. She pursued this interest and began an 8 year career as a Home Care Provider. She has worked in Phoenix and Boise, taking great pride in the care she has provided to a wide spectrum of patients. During her time with Trinity Home Care & Resource, she was promoted to Client Care Coordinator. Meagan takes great pride and enjoys the many challenges of her job. Meagan is a native to Idaho, having grown up in Crouch. In her spare time, Meagan enjoys all things outdoors, including camping, fishing, and riding horses. She is proud to have been a member of the National Rodeo Association, earning local and national recognition as a competitive barrel racer.


Mia Trujillo – Canyon West Client Care Coordinator
Mia is a newer team member to Trinity but shares the same values as a veteran employee. Mia was born and raised in Boise Idaho. Growing up her parents fostered adults with special needs and her father devoted his career to helping adults with disabilities and senior citizens. This gave Mia the drive to want to help people & molded her into the career she is in today. Mia has always been a positive and vibrant individual that has always put others ahead of herself. She enjoys all that Boise has to offer from our amazing rivers to the highest ridges. She also enjoys traveling around the world with recent trips to Thailand and Bali. Seeing and experiencing other countries has guided her to want to help people in all capacities. Mia is grateful for life and is passionate when it comes to her job in helping with client’s & caregivers needs.


Nohemi Park - Human Resource Assistant
I was born in Arizona, but grew up Nyssa/ Ontario OR area and spent my teenage years in Burley ID where the majority of my family still resides. I am the oldest of eight children and have lived in the Boise area for the past seven years. I am double majoring in Spanish and Political Science with and emphasis in International Studies. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends, reading, and playing volleyball. I have a cat named Wednesday who I adore! Family is very important to me and often travel to see them. My father passed away in 2015 from ALS, and witnessing the support from our family and community sparked my passion for home health. Home health care is such an important and vital need, and I am excited to continue to facilitate Trinity's vision of proving quality in-home care services with compassion and integrity to our clients.


Nicole Herrick - On Call Weekend Client Care Coordinator
Nicole has been with the Trinity team for over 3 yrs. She is our weekend On Call Client Care Coordinator, and also does in home care for Trinity clients. . Nicole was born and raised in Southern California, and has lived in Idaho for the past 19 yrs. At a young age she helped take care of her grandmother who suffered a stroke and left her paralyzed. She stayed by her side till the end. Durning that time Nicole realized it was her passion to help people in need and has been in the field of careing for others for over 20 yrs. She would not have it any other way.
