The core team that operates, manages, and oversees the entire operation of Trinity Home Care and Resource is composed of individuals that have ample experience working as caregivers. This gives our team the benefit of understanding what it is to be an employee of a Home Care company and what clients go through on a day to day basis. We include compassion in our core values because we have experienced situations as caregivers and as family members of those who need this kind of support. These experiences have taught us that compassion is the most important component to providing quality services.

I was with another agency but switched to you mostly because of Tami. She is just a ray of sunshine and she always goes above and beyond for me to make sure that my son is taken care of. 4/3/17 - Trinity is the only Agency on the VA's list of agencies that consistantly send Management out to the home with each new caregiver to introduce the caregiver personally to the client. They walk the potential new caregiveer through the care plan on site to determine whether or not the caregiver they have chosen will understand their job description, answer any questions on the part of the caregiver and/or care recipient and actually go the extra mile to make sure that they have created a good fit. All of their personel and caregivers have been a real blessing. Thank you!

I just wanted to send a note to Thank You for the excellent care you have given my dad over the past couple years. Dad and his primary care provider, Carolyn have become great friends. If Carolyn thought dad wasn't feeling good, she would call me and let me know. Since I travel quite a bit this was very helpful to me. Dad always looked forward to her visit. When dad was having a bad day or getting out of the Hospital, I would call and you would have someone there to help out within an hour. You just don't find that kind of service anymore.
