In-Home Care
Our services are provided by our staff of caregivers. Caregivers go into the homes of our clients to provide support of activities of daily living. Every client has an individually designed care plan, developed by our administrative staff in conjunction with the client, the client’s family, and the client’s other health care providers.
The main goal of our care plans is to provide sufficient support to our clients that will allow them to stay in the living situation of their choosing. We strive to encourage as much independence as possible for each client while being mindful of healthy living and the safety of all involved. Our agency provides these services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. We have staff on call 24 hours a day.
We have contracts with Idaho Health and Welfare for Medicaid participants, the Blue cross Medicare/Medicaid Coordinated Plan, and the Veteran's Affairs for homemaker, bath aide, respite care. In addition, we accept Long Term Care insurance and Private Pay.
